As part of our ongoing process of maintaining and upgrading the SayCare Pass childcare voucher service, we will be performing some important maintenance between 6pm on Friday 11th and 6pm on Sunday 13th February. During this time you will be unable to access your childcare voucher account.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this system upgrade, the MOD Customer Care telephone line will also be unavailable. If you have any questions, or need help making a payment before Friday, please call our Customer Care team on 0800 085 2875 or email email@example.com. Our normal service will resume on Monday 14th February.
