On Friday 11th February, we will be upgrading your account and moving you onto our new and improved website. Unfortunately you will not have access to your account between 6pm on Friday and 6pm on Sunday, while this essential maintenance takes place. We’d like to thank you in advance for your patience.
After the change-over you will be connecting to a new, more secure, website which looks different from the site you’re used to, and Childcarepass will be switched off. Please be assured that the functionality will all be the same and all of your settings – like the childcare providers you are linked to and any regular payments you have set up – will be moved to the new system without you having to do anything. There will be no change to the way your company orders your vouchers.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this system upgrade, the MOD Customer Care telephone line will also be unavailable. If you have any questions, or need help making a payment before Friday, please call our Customer Care team on 0800 066 5075 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our normal service will resume on Monday 14th February and you will be able to login to your new account using the ‘Log in now’ button at the top of this page.
